1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the cvc44 platform through any device — including mobile phone, tablet, or desktop browser — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to comply with them. Your continued use of the cvc44 platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all services provided by cvc44, including but not limited to: online casino games, crash games, sports betting, live dealer games, slot games, promotional activities, loyalty programmes, customer support interactions, and payment processing services.

2 Eligibility

5. You must not be an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close family member of any employee or contractor of cvc44 or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.
6. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during account registration and throughout your continued use of the platform.

cvc44 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of identity, age, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to register and operate exactly one (1) cvc44 account. Opening a second account — whether to circumvent a restriction, claim a bonus a second time, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited. cvc44 uses multiple technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances (including genuine deposits) may be withheld pending investigation.

3.2 Registration Information

During registration, you must provide your real full name, a valid email address, a working mobile number, your date of birth, and your preferred BDT payment method. All information must be accurate and kept up to date. You must notify cvc44 of any changes to your registered details promptly by contacting [email protected].

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your cvc44 account. You must choose a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any other person. cvc44 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact cvc44 support immediately.

3.4 Account Currency

All cvc44 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, wager sizes, winnings, and bonus values are expressed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. cvc44 does not support multi-currency accounts.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cvc44 currently supports the following BDT payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Additional bank transfer options via City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Dutch-Bangla Bank may be available subject to account verification status.

4.2 Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum single deposit: ৳500,000 (subject to your payment provider's own limits).
• Deposits are credited to your cvc44 account balance within 30 seconds in most cases. Delays caused by your payment provider are outside cvc44's control.
• Only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will trigger an account review.
• cvc44 does not charge fees for deposits, but your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳300,000 per transaction.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met in full before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 15 minutes once approved by the cvc44 payments team. High-volume periods during major cricket events (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup) may result in processing times of up to 2 hours.
• cvc44 reserves the right to request identity documents before approving any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and KYC measure and does not indicate any suspicion of wrongdoing.

4.4 Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank or mobile wallet provider without first contacting cvc44 support is considered a breach of these Terms. cvc44 will contest any fraudulent chargeback and may pursue recovery through legal channels. Any account associated with a chargeback will be suspended pending investigation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by cvc44 are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. These Terms set out the general framework that applies to all promotional offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds awarded by cvc44 carry a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount. Wagering must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Bets placed on certain game categories (as specified per promotion) may not contribute to wagering requirement completion, or may contribute at a reduced rate.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

cvc44 actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil requirements without genuine play, collusion between accounts to share bonus value, or repeated exploitation of the same promotion type. Any account identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Only one bonus may be active on a cvc44 account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active does not trigger an additional bonus unless the deposit is made using a specific deposit bonus code and the active bonus has been resolved or expired.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once a bet or wager has been confirmed on the cvc44 platform, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player. Bets are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant sports authority, game provider, or competition organiser. cvc44's settlement decisions are final.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per game type, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and may be adjusted by cvc44 at any time without prior notice, in particular for major events such as BPL, IPL, or T20 World Cup matches where liquidity management may be required.

6.3 Crash Games

Crash game outcomes — including those of Aviator by Spribe and all other crash titles available on cvc44 — are determined by provably fair random number generation technology provided by the respective game providers. The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages applicable to each crash game are those published by the game provider and are not modified by cvc44.

6.4 Live Casino and Slots

All live casino games and slot titles available on cvc44 are provided by third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, Hacksaw Gaming, and Play'n GO. 6.5 Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cvc44 platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person to register using your identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform while subject to a self-exclusion or cooling-off period.
• Attempting to launder money or use cvc44 to process the proceeds of criminal activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches, or display malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through known or suspected errors will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to fix game outcomes, share insider information, or coordinate betting strategies for mutual profit at cvc44's expense.
• Abusing or harassing cvc44 support staff through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account, or attempting to obtain another player's personal or financial information.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the cvc44 platform — including but not limited to the cvc44 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, text content, graphics, icons, game interfaces, and software — is the intellectual property of cvc44 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cvc44 platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the cvc44 platform without prior written permission.

9 Privacy & Data

cvc44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering a cvc44 account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Account Termination

cvc44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where cvc44 reasonably believes that: these Terms have been violated; the account poses a fraud, money laundering, or reputational risk; or continued operation of the account is contrary to cvc44's obligations. In cases of confirmed Terms violations, any balance held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.

11.2 Termination by Player

You may close your cvc44 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be resolved, and any real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure takes effect within 24 hours of your request being confirmed by the cvc44 support team.

11.3 Self-Exclusion
